Terms of Service and Conduct

By enrolling a child with Tuitioneers, parents or guardians agree to the following terms and conditions.

Tuitioneers is an online education provider offering structured, small-group tuition sessions designed to support academic progress, build confidence, and reinforce school learning. All lessons are delivered remotely by tutors using secure digital platforms. Students are expected to attend with a working internet connection, appropriate device, and a quiet environment for learning.

Tuitioneers is committed to providing high-quality educational services and upholding a safe, respectful learning environment. Our tutors prepare lessons carefully and aim to meet the academic needs of each group. To protect the integrity of the learning experience for all students, we reserve the right to remove any student from a class if their behaviour negatively impacts others. Disruptive behaviour includes, but is not limited to, persistent interruptions, inappropriate language, refusal to follow instructions, disrespect toward tutors or fellow students, misuse of digital tools (e.g. muting others, misusing the chat function), or failure to comply with basic online safety rules. Such removal would be permanent, depending on the severity and frequency of the behaviour, and will not be subject to refund.

All fees paid to Tuitioneers are strictly non-refundable. Tuition fees secure a reserved place in a specific group and cover tutor time, lesson planning, and administrative overhead. For this reason, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or scheduling conflicts. In some circumstances, Tuitioneers may consider rescheduling or offering a transfer to another class, but this remains entirely at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

We require regular attendance to ensure consistency and progress. If a student misses more than two consecutive classes without prior notice or a valid reason, they may be withdrawn from the class. Continued absence compromises the learning journey of the group and reduces the effectiveness of small-group teaching. While we are understanding of occasional illness or emergencies, repeated absences with no communication may result in permanent removal from the programme. Tuitioneers will make reasonable attempts to contact the parent or guardian before taking such action.

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that their child attends sessions on time, is fully prepared, and behaves in line with our expectations. Students should participate actively and respectfully. Parents are encouraged to support their child’s learning at home, monitor their engagement, and raise any concerns with us promptly.

All communication between parents, students, and Tuitioneers must remain professional and respectful at all times. Abusive language, threatening behaviour, or disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

Tuitioneers reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing via email or published on our official website. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By proceeding with enrolment, parents or guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. For any queries regarding our policies, please contact us directly before registration.
